The Girls Vest Dress comes with an attached front vest. The bodice is in a natural waist length, sleeves are 3/4 length coming down to small elastic ruffles, and the skirt is long and full, gathered to waist. Zipper is in back, and a back tie belt is included for a proper fit.
Choose any two matching fabrics from our Fabric choices page and specify which fabric you would like used for which part of the dress. It can look like a Skirt, Blouse & Vest; or it can look like a dress & vest, with the vest and ties being the coordinating fabric. Or you can order the dress & vest in the same fabric.

All chest and waist measurements (in inches) are approximate. Back neck is measured
from where a normal neckline would be at the back of the neck, to the waistline.
(These are NOT garment measurements, but rather the measurements of the girl the
dress will fit)
Dress length is the the length of our girls dresses from the back of the neck to
the hem.
Our girls sizing is very generous, and girls will usually wear the same size as they normally wear in store-bought clothing, even if their measurements
may be different than our sizing charts. If anything - our sizing is a little bigger than store-bought sizing, since it is made to be roomier in general.
Since we custom-make your clothing after you order, if you do need any adjustments to our standard sizing please let us know.
We also offer standard Girls Plus (half-sized) sizing. This sizing will fit girls who are of average height for their age,
but usually need a little extra room in the tummy/chest area. Some of our styles do not need this extra room added,
as they are roomy enough to accommodate for this, but for the styles that do we've added the option for these sizes.
